Repair centre ***********

I got a Samsung J410 as an insurance claim. I have never enjoyed this device. It was an OBF, replaced, then an OBF, then technical issues. This device has been booked 4 times for the same problem. I DO NOT WANT THIS DEVICE ANYMORE. Instead when it comes back, software has been upgraded. All my application deleted. Then works for a week, then BOOM, screen is blank again. Can I please get my data back for applications downloaded? I had this phone for 2 weeks, it's faulty AGAIN.
