Repair Centre fails to fix problem

I booked my Sony Experia M4 phone at the Vodacom Repair Centre in for the third time because the first two times I booked it in, the problem has not been fixed.

The problem being: The camera lens doesn't focus well enough to take a picture of a document. I have shown the staff at the Repair Centre in Sandton and they agree the camera is faulty. So they booked it in on the 02/02/2016 (Job number: ***6).

The first time I received it after booking it in (08/02/2016) , the camera was still faulty. I called the advanced repair centre to inquire as to why the camera has not been fixed, the lady at the call centre said that the camera has been replaced. If it were replaced, how could it be giving the same problem? So she said I need to get it booked in again so the phone can go through the assessment process.

So I book it in again on the (10/02/2016) at vodacom repairs in Sandton (Job Number ***1). I get it back on the 23/02/2016 and the camera is still faulty. I show the staff at the Vodacom Repair Centre in Sandton and they agree the camera is still faulty.

They booked it in again in the 23/02/2016 (Job number ***8) and say I need to call the advanced repair centre.
