Repair centre did not contact me to pick up phone

<p>I handed in my phone at the Vodacom Repair centre in Somerset West near the Somerset Mall. I decided to pop in to get an update since my phone has been there since Sa****ay the 7th of May. It is now the 18th.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. My was ready for pickup on the 9th already but they did not let me know. "The system should have sent you an SMS..." They confirmed that no SMS sent. No-one bothered to pick up the phone to let me know.</p> <p> </p> <p>2. The workshop manager decided that it is normal for a Galaxy S6 camera to vibrate and make a rattling noise and for the image to shudder when taking a picture and as such my phone was not sent to Samsung or anywhere else for repairs. As this is the second time I handed in my phone for the same issue, I was informed the phone would have to be sent to Johannesburg for high level repairs. I was told "Many S6 phones has this issue" So basically because it is a design flaw or faulty parts, since many people have the issue they reckon it is OK and I just have to live with it. This is on a phone that is less than a year old and under warranty</p>
