Repair center lost my phone and sent me a cheap vodafone replacement

<p>I went to vodacom Menlyn to sent my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 in for a screen repair, two weeks later I still was in the dark to wheter they fixed it or not, so I called them. During the call the line was so bad I couldn't hear the person on the other side and the line broke up. <br /><br />Finally after many calls I found out that they have not yet heared anything regarding my phone. I went during the 3rd week to the menlyn store to talk to them in person, and they told me they have still not heared anything. <br /><br />During the 4th week I went back and they told me that my phone could not be found and that they think someone els took it. <br /><br />I went back today to hear if they found my phone, but to no avail.
