Repair center *****

This is not 1st time I'm having issues with Vodacom, last year took my phone in for cracked screen they fixed it only for apple to pickup it wasn't original iphone parts made my phone not function so vodacom had to replaced my handset iphone6s good 6 months later my camera & flashlight stops working which covered by warranty they call me claiming my screen is cracked & I need to pay R5400 (price of new phone) for them to repair & activate warranty so basically buying new phone & they keep my old one so they can fix & resell. But my screen wasn't cracked when I booked it in.
