Repair and replacement of handset device

<p>I have taken my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 in for repairs at Vodaworld after it became troublesome. I have been battling with unit since 23/08/2016. The unit is still under warranty but the warranty expires on the 01/10/2016. The unit is still booked in and it has cost me a pretty penny. Time, petrol and data. All of these that is not cheap. On my visit before my last visit I met with Mr Bheki (Ambassador of Vodacom) at the customer centre and asked for him if the handset can please be replaced under warranty since they cannot get the unit to work. I was told to book the handset in and it will be escalated and escalated again. To my surprise when I arrived last week on Tuesday to collect the handset, I tested it with the guys from the tech zone only to find that it is still faulty. Unfortunately Mr Bheki was of sick and I was told to book the unit in again. Barring in mind you cannot phone anybody except for the ********** . The staff are friendly to assist but that is where it end, as they can only tell me what they see. I can provide all the job numbers if necessary for someone to resolve this please? It is clear as daylight that my handset is uneconomical to repair and will have to be replaced with a new one. Thank you in advance.</p>
