Renewing contract when asked to cancel

I took out a contract with a new laptop 3 years ago. After the contract ended I called to cancel it. I noticed my debit order is less so thought they canceled it. A year later they called with a great offer that I took. I noticed that I pay R100 more than I am supposed to. I noticed there is a 2gb contract on my invoice. I called them again to cancel it again and was told the contract expires in another year. I never authorised them to renew the contract. I have paid R100 a month for the last year for data I never used and now I have to keep paying it for another year. I have had enough with your bad service and empty promises. I was also promised free data and airtime after a previous issue, which I never received. I am tired of your bs.
