Reneging on the contract

I signed up for my new upgrade mid December where I was told my old contract would end 31/12/16 and my new contract would automatically kick in on 01/01/17 which it did. The contract which was signed by me and vodacom stated that I would get a once off 10gig data for one month free and it would kick in the same time as my new contract did, which of course did not happen. On 02/01/17 I did log a complaint about this with the sales lady at vodacom Rosebank who assisted me with my upgrade and she said she will sort it out and it will take 24- 48 hours which of course it did not. I gave it an extra day so a total of 72 hours and called back and the same lady said she would definitely escalate it and i'll definitely have It in the next 48 hours which did not happen (second false promise) So on 09/01/17 i tried myself to speed up the process by calling the call center. They too were *********** and still could not help me. Eventually On the 11/01/17 I spoke to the manager of the store in Rosebank by the name of Tammy who said he would try and assist me and told me he would escalate it and try get it sorted out. (I did also insist that he is to get his superior involved and I would like to speak to that person which the reply was no, I then insisted that he is to contact his superior and tell him or her that I would like to make contact about the situation which he said he would do) I explain the story to him and I thought this would be the most top priority for him to sort out and I expected to get my free 10gigs promised by vodacom the following day. However this did not happen yet again. I did get a call from him saying it's still in the process and I should get my dada today on 13/01/17 but I am still waiting. Enough is enough. Vodacom you are reneging on the contract signed, i'm fighting for something that should've just been given to me as promised and this is unacceptable. I decided to call Tammy today and explain enough is enough. I asked him why his superior didn't call me and he said he didn't tell his superior because he is handling the situation which he clearly isn't otherwise i wouldn't be writing this. Then I said to him he has to sort this out right now as i'm getting furious with this situation to which he replies " I am busy with other customers in the store and I don't have time for you" I kept insisting get get the problem sorted out but he kept interrupting me and wouldn't let me talk. He is rude, doesn't have a grasp on customer service, arrogant and he is a ****. When I continued to speak to him and asked him to speak to his supervisor or someone with more authority then him, he said there is no one like that who exists which I rep**** to him so are you the owner to which he replies yes. I said sort out this issue immediately otherwise i'm coming to cancel the the contract tomorrow. He said please come cancel and he doesn't have a problem with it as it will make his life easier. Is this how vodacom treat their customers? How can you allow such an arrogant, *********** and out of control person be a manager and tend to customers? How is it that I am waiting 13 days for a promise made by you? Why must I fight for what you promised? Why are you reneging against the contract? Why are you steeling my money. Imagine if I didn't pay for my one month of contract bills. I'd probably hear from you then. Probably have a lawyers letter. But false promises and reneging on your word seems fine to vodacom. This is unacceptable. This is not the way to treat people. VODACOM SORT OUT THIS ISSUE! I believe after all this grief, lies and misconduct I should definitely be compensated properly for your mess up and for the disgusting treatment I have received from you guys!
