Removal from credit bureau's

So on tg 7 Sep 2023 I wrote a review here, regarding vodacom and after that they phoned and said they will remove it after 5 days it will be off and they will phone me again. And its already the 24th September 23 and no change to my credit score they are ****s. Same story no change year again how many years now still struggling to remove something that the most should take 60 days to remove from date of payment made. Never again and I still want this thing removed dear vodacom ****mers!!!!!
