RELOCATION STILL NOT DONE AFTER MORE THAT A MONTH!!
We have sent a request for relocation on the 30th of July already and nobody has done anything to get this issue sorted out for us. Every time we phone we get the same old story "shame that is terrible, someone will contact you within 48 hours" and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. We still receive invoices and we are not getting any assistance to relocate this line. Nkosana is the person they blame all the problems on. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!!
