rejected phone

good day . i recently took out a blackberry passport on contract by vodacom in kimberley northern cape. 5 days into the contract my babys shampoo fell on the side of the phone and it did not want to switch on. vodacom claimed that they sent my phone to johannesburg to see if it could be rescued but according to the rejection papers it looks as if the phone stayed in kimberley and was rejected and said it could not be repaired.... i was so heart sore as this is a R500 a month contract and i did not take insurance on time. after two or three months i decided to take the phone to the one repair shop just to be curious as to what was actually wrong . a hour later the phone is working 100 percent all that was needed was a software upgrade and the charging ic that went and the flexi that was broken when it came back from vodacom repairs. i am very dissapointed that vodacom could just say the phone is unrepairable and there it was fixed so fast by a local repair place!!! i want vodacom to refund me my repair costs on the phone or even cancel the contract!! what should i do about this sir? i am so upset i could weep. it was as if the repair centre did not even bother to try fix my phone<br>
