Rejected OBF for a phone that does not work.

On the 17th of August 2019, I upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S10 at Brooklyn mall Vodacom shop in Pretoria. I paid R250 for them to transfer all of my files from my S8 to my new S10 (which took 2hours). As soon as I started using the phone, it started giving me problems by rebooting randomly (when I used it and when I wasn't using it) the apps started crashing one by one and I would wake up to a phone that had restarted so basically it was off (because I had to put the SIM pin in to start it.) I took it back to the same Vodacom shop on the 22 Aug and showed the tech staff what it was doing. They saw for themselves how the phone rebooted and Apps didn't work. So we booked it in as an OBF. On the 30 Aug I received a Vodacom sms to fetch the phone. I went into the store the same day and received the same phone back because "nothing is wrong with it". I refused to take the phone back and the salesman agreed so he booked it back in as an OBF. I had heard nothing after 7 working days so I phoned the shop on the 11th September and asked if I could fetch the phone and they said yes (no sms nothing this time). Again I received the same phone with the same message. So I took the phone and tried it the next day without transferring anything from my S8. Again, the same problems were occurring. This time I took a video and photos of what was happening with the S10. I took to the Vodacom shop on the 13 September and spoke to the manager, Craig. I sent him the video and photos and again the phone was factory reset and sent back as an OBF. I waited another week and a half and again had to phone the store to find out what was happening. I was told to come into the store so I did on the 25 September. The manager told me that the phone was sent to Samsung repair center and they also could not find a fault even after I gave them proof! So now I am stuck with this phone that doesn't work for the next 2 years. These two years cannot go by faster so that I can end my contract with Vodacom. Utterly disgusted by this service I've received. Now I have to pay over R2000 for the first month for a phone that I couldn't even use (didn't even have) in that month.
