In summary Ordered/filled in form for tablet contract for R269pm as well as upgrading my phone. Stock backlog was informed of that problem 4 weeks stock arrives Sales person informs me price will now be R339 as that deal I ordered has expired. She will not give me what I ordered stock delays should not fall on customers. Went to another vodashop store spoke to a person there who confirms I should get the price that I ordered it. And phoned call centre the a sales person there confirms it that it should be the ordered price. I have emailed ********** and Vodacom complaints and no response or customer care.

Maybe Hello Peter could let me know if this bad conduct should be accepted or the customer care from such a big company should be overlooked as I have been a Vodacom customer for many years and never been treated like this.
