Reinstating my paid contract without my permission or signature !!!!!

Good day Vodacom

After numerous calls and emails that bounce back you have left me no choice but to take further action.

What is the point of calling in if nothing ever gets done, I get sent to different companies affiliated with yourselves " I SINGED A CONTACT WITH VODACOM NO ONE ELSE."

You are quite happy to keep debiting my account without permission and leaving me with more bank charges.

Im following up on the investigation for Ref - *** Im still getting calls for payment for my phone that I have paid for in full.

Has the recording been listened to by management yet?

You can hear that the consultant I chatted to faudulently reinstated my contract without my permission / signature……

I have witnesses who where here when the phone call was taken.

I will not pay any amounts and want everything cancelled with yourselves / Vodacom and any other company associated with Vodacom.

Please let me know what is happening as I have had no feedback to date, Im prepared to go legal.

If this has not been settled its my right to get a copy of the call recording so I can send onto my attorney, please send to me today.

I hope that this salesperson gets dealt with as this is one way to loose business especially during these trying times.

If I could please get feedback by day end so that I know if this should be taken further on my side.

Im not interested in the sim contact with yourselves either I would prefer to never deal with Vodacom ever again after this.

I have been with you guys for numerous years but not keen to do any further business with yourselves after this…..
