Reinstate my prepaid number
Hi. I really need your urgent intervention Vodacom, this is about a sim swap gone wrong, I never activated it on time & when I did, the number was deleted from the system, this is per feedback from Vodacom. I would like my prepaid number reinstated, ***. Please assist me, anyone. I can't afford to lose this number which I've had for over 10 years. Is there another option? Please advice. I'm turning to this platform because I'm desperate. I'm a long standing customer.
