Reimbur*****t of account

I cancelled my contract last year. Got a statement in Jan saying that Vodacom owed me R400.00+. When I phoned the account dept i keep on being sent through to customer queries, and they are too inept to assist me, and keep on saying that there are no details of my account on their system.<br> <br>
