Rehab

I'm very sad and disapointed with vodacom I only found out yerstaday that I cannot uprgade because I was on rehab vodacom reduced my profile and I now have to pay 4000 to have a new phone on upgrade how is dat possible?I'm going to pay every month for my contract and now I have to pay that money what ig going on with vodacom I've being a good client now that I've heard problems with my contract this is how they treat me.I'm hurt because I've reffered friends of mine to use vodacom and this is the results I get.Please help me because I nid a new phone my old one is giving me problems.
