Regular Vodacom fibre downtime in Bethal

Vodacom Fibre in Bethal Mpumalanga used to be SO reliable until about five/six months ago when daily interruptions started. Sometimes the whole town is off for the majority of the work day, but mostly the speed starts to drop and then it would be off for anything between a few minutes to a few hours. Vodacom sometimes sends sms's about the service interruptions, but not always. eg yesterday my fibre (any many other residents in Bethal Ext 5) was off multiple times for short periods. However, a friend's fibre has been down for two days I(despite contacting the contact center). I have logged a call on Monday and still have not received any SMS confirming it. Another friend's daughter started an online exam in November 2024, and had to make alternative arrangements to access wifi at another venue.
