Regrettable service contract customer

Dear Vodacom

I am deeply concerned with the level of service received from two of your stores.

My problem is twofold. I have been battling to transfer a existing contract which is due for a upgrade to my name since 19 June with no success despite giving all required documents. Secondly I have opened an additional another contract which I continually have to visit in store to have the agreed and signed for options corrected.

I have visited 3 different stores on a total combined visits of 8 times. Excuses involve old system vs new system. Head office need to sort out or you are offline.

Pretty poor if your main business is to keep your clients covered or connected? I have been a client since 2002, should I get cold feet?

Dear Vodacom

Could you please clarify "due course"? No consultant have contacted me since your reply 4 days ago.
In the interim I have been to a store twice to try and amend the problems myself.

Sadly Vodacom can't pick up one of the phones on the new contract (you recently issued me ).
Secondly could you confirm the a date by which my existing contract would be transferred?
Today is the 20th of July, hence in more than a month no progress has been made.
The new system or "C3" you use to vet seems to be unoperational / your own staff can't operate it?

Phone me please.
A - Give me a date on which my old contract will be transferred (Its a upgrade aswell = more revenue for Vodacom).
B - Sort out the new contract phone as per signed for and aggreed details.

Failure to phone me and provide me with the above - will force me to end all contracts with Vodacom.

Looking forward to a reply (and action being taken).

Dear Vodacom

Sadly I am cancelling the contract the were in for a transfer and upgrade.
I were not contacted by a consultant, rather I had to infer by other sources that your C3 / new vetting service is compromised / can't handle the tranfers in time.
(Official story were apparently you can only handle a limted amount of transfers a month - that were already reached so you were only playing for time and can't guaruntee a transfer date.. I am just puzzled why did I not hear this directly as a trusted client?)

Failure to provide a reasonable date of completion/ transfer has forced me to cancel the contract.
I will be switching over to MTN. Sadly your failure to reply maks me infer customer loyalty of 14+ years is meaningless for this corporate giant.

Goodbye and not yebo gogo.
