Regret Getting Vodacom Contract

I went to Vodacom Mall of Africa because on Sunday 26th of Jan 2023. I wanted to take Hauwei Nova 10SE. I was informed that it was out of stock but they insisted that I do vetting because they would request the device from another store. I agreed. After the vetting was done and approved they tried to call another store and couldn't get the device. They informed me that they would get the device on Monday and they would contact me. on Monday (27 March 2023) I didn't receive any feedback. I called the store multiple times and sent Whatsapp messages and they only responded to my Whatsapp on Wednesday (29th of March 2023). On Wednesday (29th of March 2023) afternoon the consultant called me and told me that the phone is available and that I should come. (FYI I live 50km away from mall of africa) so I informed him that I would come the next day. On the 30th of March I went to the store, only to find out that the device they had was a black one instead of silver. They called another store to check for stock and the consultant had to fetch the device. I had to wait for the device to be fetched from another store and brought to me. When the phone arrived I bought a screen protector for it. We completed the process, the screen protector was installed and I asked the consultant put the phone back in the box with the hopes of unboxing it when I got home. When I got home I realized that the screen protector is lifting up and it was installed correctly. Initially I have to drive back to Midrand today the 31st of March 2023 but I can't because I'm working. I have to go back to the store to get the screen protector fixed, use my petrol and time again. I sent them a message on their Whatsapp line and I have been ignored. I truly regret getting the contract from Vodacom. I should've seen the red flags and opted for MTN instead. I'm actually spending more money traveling to the store than to enjoy the benefits of having a new phone.
