regeet taking a contract with them

Very pathetic , took out a contract with them last year , when i was busy with the consultant , i advised him not to use the banking details that i used for the application because i no longer use them and he just said yes ... we proceeded and then i got the device after i got the device i called them to give me my banking details and they took them from that day till today they've never debitted even a single cent , i went to one of their branches in Menlyn maine and i was role they can't help as i have done the application at the head office. I have been trying to contact them and i am always holding due to high call volumes
