REFUSING TO TAKE MY 3WEEKS OLD PHONE FOR REPAIRS

I am so hurt and disappointed. I bought a blackberry Z3 and within 4 days the screen was shaking, took it back to Edgars and they gave me a new one. Two weeks later the phone does not detect the sim card. Edgars said I must go to Vodacom, I got the and the gentleman said I must bring my slip and they will send it for repairs. If it is due to negligence I may have to pay. I don't have a problem paying if there is evidence that indeed it is due to my negligence. I went back with the slip and met another gentleman who now refused to book my phone for repairs. He started by telling me that this phone may be a write off, they cant fix and I must buy a new one. Without even booking it in, hes not even a technician. He then went on to say they are out of stock and bluntly said he cant help me. Lastly this guys gave me a number of a certain guy who fixes phones. My issue now is if this guy who fixes phones can fix my phone WHY cant Vodacom fix my phone? This is just so wrong and frustrating, I love this phone but to just give up like that? I bought the phone cash R2799 down the drain.<br>
