REFUSING TO RESOLVE INSURANCE CLAIM
My Cellphone screen was damaged by accident hence i logged a claim with Vodacom.Vodacom accepted the claim and demaned that i pay the excess on the insurance of R2800.00.My insurance cover has an additional cover called \EXCESS BUSTER"which covers any excess that i have to pay in.Vodacom inisists that they do not have such cover in place however when i check my statements "
