Refusing to process refund

I have been in dispute with Vodacom for over a year. An unknown contract was taken under my name, I ended paying R 1070.00 so that I am not handed over to credit beauro. I went to the shop in King Williams town were this contract was taken, they requested that I leave the proof of payment with them so that they can process refund, up till today havent received a cent from them. When I call vodacom national they say the is credit under my name but they can only process refund if I can furnish them with proof of payment which I dont have, and that store in King Williams town since lost the ones I left with them. Zanele Khoza from vodacom national made it clear that they can not make refund without proof of payment. Please help i need my refund.
