Refusing to cancel in accordance with the CPA

My contact expires 6 June and I called today on 2 May to give 20 day notice as required by the consumer protection act. Khanya says that vodacom require 30 days notice and that I also still have to pay end of June because 30 days ends 8 June and they will therefore bill me end of June as well.

They are still refusing to put in writing why they are overbilling me on my June invoice when I have paid for May and June already via there cancel quote. I want top refer their feedback to the National Consumer Commission but they refuse to put the detail in writing.
Instead they are calling me saying that I must pay twice for June but they do not put it in writing.
Greedy people, over billing is their game , consumers are really exploited by Vodacom
