Refusing to cancel cellphone contract and blocking my numbers

I have calling vodacom since last year December trying to cancel my contracts without winning. This April I have been calling many times without getting any help, they have even blocked my numbers saying they are preventing ***** whereas I'm the one who is calling as I am not getting what I want.
