Refusing to assist me

Initially I inquired with Hershell regarding my options for international roaming. After spending almost 10 minutes with him constantly confirming the correct information with someone in the back office I requested to rather speak to someone in the know. He advised that Izanette would assist me. After waiting another 5 minutes I asked when she would be assisting me and Hershell informed me that Izanette blatantly refused to come to the front to assist me. I inquired as to what the reason was and was told that she didn't want to!I have NEVER in my life experienced such a blatant disregard for customer service. All because she \didnt want to". I would possibly have accepted an apology and a reason of being extremely busy with another client. To say that she purely didnt want to is totally unacceptable!Is his how you treat all your customers?I demand that action be taken against this poor excuse of a staff member who has clearly brought this branch's name into disrepute.
