I have been requesting Vodacom to contact me about my account on numerous occasions but they are refusing to do so. According to the CPA, you need to make contact with me to discuss my account - you simply cannot just hand over the account and then refuse to make contact with me just because you feel like it.
You are also ignoring the TCF (treat clients fairly) policies by ignoring my request. You also did not apply TCF when you failed to make contact with me even though you have all my contact details on your systems and yes I can prove that you have all my contact details and address on your systems.
Please provide me with the relevant regulatory bodies' contact details in order fo me to lay a formal complaint so that Vodacom can assist me with my request. According to the TCF policies implemented across Suouth Africa and across all business it is your duty as the business to ensure that I am treated fairly a a client.
The TFC policies also stipulate that it should be a part of your Complaint Management Framework to investigate my Complaint and to make contact with me as per my request.
Please share the details of the regulatory board in order for me to lay a formal Complaint.
