Refusing to Activate my 9th contract

I have 8 existing cell contracts with Vodacom. I work for myself and earn good money.
I app**** for a sim contract with data, valued at R189 per month.
I was asked to supply 3 months bank statements, although I already have 8 contracts and have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for 20 Years.
I supp**** 3 months bank statements, as well as a bank statement from another account as a bonus.
Vodacom did not require the additional statement however, because I sent it, they refused to activate the contract as I had not supp**** 3 months statements for that account.
This whole process started at 11am on Saturday and after several visits to the Vodacom shop on Sunday at 1pm (26 hours later) I decided to withdraw my application as I could no longer wait for someone with a brain from Vodacom to Activate the contract.
I am seriously considering cancelling all my contracts with Vodacom and purchasing all future contracts from other suppliers.
I cannot believe that they can be so anal over R189 per month when I pay over R3000 per month in contracts, and earn sufficiently to cover any future contract.
