Refuses to meet agreement on services

I contacted Vodacom on 29 Feb 2016 requesting to have itemised billing activated. This is shown as a free service on my account plan. All agents I spoke to insisted that there is a cost to it. I demanded that the issue be escalated because it clearly shows on \my services\" on the Vodacom site that it is a free service. I was advised to log a call by email and to send the details with the call. Reference number 00B1~10LV. I included a screen print from \"my services\" clearly showing that itemised billing is free. On 1 March I received a response from Nosabatha Funo who has not paid any attention to the screen print from the Vodacom website that I had sent. Instead Nosabatha insisted that there is cost to itemised billing, clearly contradicting the Vodacom agreement. I need itemised billing activated, at no cost, as stipulated on Vodacom's site."
