Refuses to help to fix hard drive

At vodacam we took a contact of a tablet for R130 a month and with the tablet came a hard drive 1 terabyte which worked for a few months and stop working thereafter took it back to Vodacom the booked it in and when it came back the said they don't deal with hard drives and said they can't fix it and they not willing to help plz can you please assist me thanks
