REFUSES TO ESCALATE
After so many problems with Vodacom [been with them for at least 20 years] over the past six months, the only solution I can think of is to cancel.
This is primarily to do with examples of them just not getting things fixed so they STAY fixed. eg incoming calls go straight to voicemail/don't even ring... they fix it - it happens again -they fix it - it happens again -they fix it - it happens again ... better of starting afresh with another service provider.
I CAN NOT GET A STRAIGHT PLAIN LANGUAGE ANSWER TO MY BASIC QUESTIONS OVER SENTEEN EMAILS... AND "Sibongile" SIMPLY IGNORES MY SEVERAL REQUEST TO ESCALATE
I HAVE TO GET MY PHONE'S OPERATION BACK ON TRACK URGENTLY
