Refused to return cracked screen protector

<p>Bought an iphone 7 screen protector from the vodacom shop at ****arney mall. Got home to find that it was already cracked. Tried to return it to the store the following monday. Sales manager refused to acknowledge that i had bought it cracked. Was insistent that i produce the now torn up in the bin, box that it came in. Note that the protector was still in the plastic casing untouched with all the other information leaflets in it. </p> <p>Walked out of the store without a new protector or the cracked one, as the manager was completely rude, arrogant and infuriating.</p> <p>Not the first experience with this store with incompetence and complete lack of consumer etiquette.</p> <p> </p>
