Refused to retain my Vodacom number.

Joburg Metro had a contract with Vodacom where I was a beneficiary of a cell number ********** 054 for 5 years.

The contract ended in Aug 2016 fortunately the Joburg Metro gave me and others written consent to retain our cellphone numbers.

Vodacom refused! By sending me from pillar to post. I have emailed Vodacom sending required documents, since 01, 02, 05, 07 and 08 of Sep 2016 .

I have even paid R100 for a swim swap as advised by Vodacom in Jabulane Mall.

I was further advised to pay close to R300 if I was to retain my Vodacom number of which I was prepared to pay.

But Vodacom is gone silent on me. Madonna and Jabulane Vodacom are referring me to Vodacom business desk and or cancellation desk as they received instructions from them.

I want my money if I cannot still be help.

Highly disappointed.
