Refused to fix screen of Samsung Gallaxy

I received a call from Safiek on Monday to go to Lakeside Mall which we have done on Monday afternoon when I arrived at the counter the lady informed me that there is a warranty on the phone but not for the screen and if we want it fix it will costs us R2800.00 I do not have that kind of money to fix the phone. She also informed us otherwise we can go to Samsung ourselves to fix it there<br> <br> Safiek I need to fix this phone a.s.a.p. and cannot do it as I do not have any funds to fix it and thought that it is still under guarantee which is not the case.<br> <br> Please advise urgently.
