Refused to be exchanged a cable which it's less than a year I bought it

Experience a bad service at Vodacom store at ghandi square

I bought a charger cable at Vodacom ghandi square the charging cable keeps giving me problems,it sometimes charges and sometimes it doesn't charge and the cable it's not more than a year I bought it ,spoke to Ishmael and he refused to exchange the cable for me
