Refuse to take back product Vodacom

I bought a phone just a day later I am told they cannot take the phone I know have to take the phone by force and pay for something I do not like , this was at Vodacom 4u Wonderpark . I will never recommend store physical shopping , very friendly when offering the deal but Cold when you need to cancel .
