Refuse to replace my faulty phone Sony Xperia M4

I would like to complain about pathetic service i received from Vodacom

On the 18/11/2015 i went to Vodacom to get a new phone on contract which was paid in cash. 8/12/2015 i had to book my phone in for repairs, because the video camera didn't work. Phone was fixed, tested the phone in the shop 24t the video did not work again. Tested again on 28th phone worked. Phone was repaired, software upgrade done.
Beginning 02/2016 video camera not working again. I sent Vodacom an email as well as cover letter giving instructions not to repair my phone for the second time and that i would like a new phone. According to the Consumer Act i have a right to a fully working phone in the 6 month period of purchase date.
Vodacom ignored my letters and did a software upgrade again and said there is nothing wrong with my phone and refused to replace it with a new phone.
I purchased the phone in 11/2015, but have not had a chance to enjoy my phone because it is constantly being repaired - a huge inconvenience to me!!
Isn't this disgusting, the way that ordinary people get bul**** by these companies.
The result of this is that i will have to take it further and use my Consumer Rights to get a new ph
