Refuse to refund my money

I need to speak to some kind of superior, because I cancelled my life policy with Vodacom, and they are now refusing to refund my money,,,, I cancelled the policy in the first place because how can they take my money and I can't even get a small cash advance from them , so I just felt they can't help me , so why should I give them my money? So please Vodacom just refund the money you owe me please , and please get back to me.....
