Refuse to de register

I keep getting text messages when I have specifically opted out of them! I put up a complaint on hello peter and vodacom responded. I was told I would not receive the messages any more but I am still getting them. I told them I would prefer to do it without making public complaints, and they were grateful. However my last 2 emails have now gone ignored. My next step is to report them to the National Consumer Council.
