REFUSAL TO UNDERSTAND AND BE ACCOMMODATING

Since lock down started in March, I received only a small percentage of my salary, or no salary at all. I was on contract with vodacom, but informed them of the changes. My account was changed from contract to pre-paid, with the agreement that I would pay a certain amount per month. I could not make these payments, as I did not receive my salary as before. Vodacom phoned me on regular basis, and each time I kept them informed, and promised that as soon as I have a income again, I WILL pay the arrears. On Saturday our phones went off. Via an External wi-fi, I contacted the sales lady a vodashop in George via whatsapp. I was informed that I should phone ***. How am I suppose to PHONE, if both phones on the contract has been SUSPENDED. On 7 December I phone from a neighbours phone. I again explained the situation. I also explained (like with every call I received the last few months) that I AM applying for other positions in order to start generating an income again, and will then start paying my arrears. The consultant said she can't do anything. I asked to speak to a manager, on which I was informed that he/she will not be able to contact me due to the suspension (as if I didn't know that). My question is... how am I to apply for any position if I can not phone for interviews. If I don't get another job, I will not generate an income to be used to pay off the arrears. Apparently it is only the handsets that has been suspended, and not the sim card. So I will have to get hold of another handset if I need to contact others for interviews and in cases of emergencies. How am I suppose to buy another handset, if I don't even have money for food due to no income. We stay 104km away from our nearest town. Vodacom has NO compassion, or understanding of what is happening. Vodacom is cutting my hands, and my throat and refuse to help in this situation. They are KILLING me, and preventing me from trying to fiind another job.
