REFUSAL TO REPLACE PHONE FOR OUT OF BOX FAILURE

On 19/11/15 I went to upgrade my existing contract at the Vodacom shop within the Hypermarket in Brackenfell. I was served by Dante. The very next day 20/11/15 I had to return to the shop as my phone's screen kept on freezing. They then re.- loaded the whatsapp application and said I must go and test the phone. There was NO improvement. On Monday 23/11/15 I returned to the shop and was told to wait and after about 90 minutes they handed met the phone and claimed that it was fixed. I took the phone and at home as I started using it the screen started freezing up again the same as before. Every time I have to reset (switch on and off) the phone to get it right. but that only last for a few seconds. Thus absolute no improvement. Yesterday when I went back I was told that it is my screen protector that causes the problem. They just removed mine that costed me R180.00 and \forced"me to buy a new one from them. and still the problem of a freezing screen is there. On my invoice the following message are right at the bottom. \"" FINAL DATE FOR OUT OF BOX FAILURE RETURNS IS 25-11-2015. Very convenient so now they want to book in my phone to get it fixed. Absurd & pathetic to say the least"""
