REFUSAL TO REPLACE NEW FAULTY HANDSET

<p>My contract was transferred to Vodacom from Nashua Mobile when they closed down. I am now stuck dealing with Vodacom directly. They never return calls or get back to you.</p> <p> </p> <p>My contract phone is less than 3 months old and the speaker is faulty. I have been in to repair centers 3 times with issues on the phone, they now outright refuse to replace the phone and insist on me booking it in for lengthy repairs as well as having to pay additional costs even though phone is under guarantee.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have the right to insist on a replacement unit, which I have, and Bongani Mchunu and Moses Molete insists they do not follow such procedures and I have no option other than to take the phone in to a repair center far away from where I am. I never purchased the phone from this repair center far away, so I don't see why i have to travel (again and again) to their repair center. Please arrange replacement of the device as it is less than 6 months old.</p> <p> </p> <p>Went through major hassles 3 months agao just trying to do a renewal, now to have to sit with these issues again. Either replace or cancel my contract and i will go elsewhere for decent customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not what you would expect from them after being a Vodacom subscriber for over 20 years</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE DO NOT REPLY WITH YOUR STUPID COPY AND PASTE MESSAGE SAYING "WE WILL RESPOND IN DUE COURSE". JUST SORT OUT THE #@*%ING ISSUE. ABSOLUTE ***********S IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DIVISION AND ACCORDING TO THEM "ALL" MANAGEMENT IS NOT AT WORK TODAY.</p> <p> </p>
