Refusal to provide me with cancellation terms

For two and a half months I have been fighting with Vodacom - after receiving two bills for data that in my view were ********ly high. The second data bill was discounted by 70% after I pointed out my data had been turned off for that month. Which in my mind is an admission on their part of invoicing for data not used. I have paid both bills. I have requested that they remove their debit order from my account and they have failed to send me the forms after numerous requests. Similarly they have failed, after numerous requests to send me the cancellation terms. The gentlemen responsible has also refused to provide me with his full name and surname to prevent me from lodging a formal complaint. I just want out. And given they have failed to deliver the cancelation terms as I have requested - for over a month and a half. I feel it will be fair to stop paying anymore for the suspended line. Vodacom is a terrible company and customer service is not a priority. Ripping the consumer off is their only goal. I have lodged my complaint with ICASA. Hopefully they will be able to assist me. The person I dealt with is Shafiek.
