Refusal to cancel expired cell phone contract
Vodacom refuses to cancel an expired cell phone contract, I want to cancel the contract and have a pay as you go from month to month as I want to keep the number, however Vodacom says I can only do this in December, when I asked why no explanation was given. I have been receiving numerous calls that I can upgrade but cant cancel expired contract!!!!
