Refusal to cancel contract and part ways.

I would advise anyone but to take a contract at all with vodacom. Whenever they sign you up, they make promises that you find later were false, they omit information to get sales and you struggle alone with their stupid red tape when you try to cut ties. I currently have two contracts with them and I have expressed a desire to part with one and will review the other next year. And I said it is because I do not afford the two anymore. My one contract has already came to and end in July and I notified them I have no desire to continue and I need a settlement quote since they want to keep deducting months after the fact, they said they cannot help because the contract has ended but they're going to keep sending me data and invoices if they cannot process the cancelation due to an amount in arrears(this was for the month of July by the way and I was negotiating paying that amount if it wants I can walk away immediately at a quoted amount instead of a prolonged debit situation that was to end in September instead because they decided to give me data again even though I've been calling for months to let this situation go) . I told them I have financial problems that's why I want the whole amount not the deal they're offering to settle and walk away. They refused and I advised them that they lack the emotional maturity to recognize that they're dealing with a client that doesn't care anymore and I will let the account go further into arrears since I'm in the process of debt review and will end up not paying the rest because it will be their fault that they kept unnecessarily giving credit to a client that has already expressed inability to continue and which had already met their primary obligation and I will end up not paying anything at all.
