Refusal to cancel contract

Keeping this brief and to the point. Customer for 16 Years. Been trying to change ownership of account for 4 years. Account is on fathers name, billing is on mine. First issue, Dad opens new account and automatically billing is assigned to me. Vodacom made no attempt to legally obtain permission from me to do this. Second issue, have been trying to put the contract on my name and every time my father or myself phones or goes into the store there is a new excuse why this can’t happen. I ask with tears in my eyes, how can a person who is liable for the bill, and it reflects in your system, have no right over the account. If I stop paying what are you then going to do??? Thirdly, my poor father then went to a Vodacom store and cancelled my contract in December which I now found out never happened. He then gave me an affidavit for full control of the account, with his ID which appears to mean nothing to Vodacom as they once again insist that he needs to be contacted to cancel the account. Vodacom seriously, after 4 years of messing my family around, a family that has been using your service for 16 years, you have the audacity to ask what the reason for cancellation would be.
