Refusal from vodacom to cansel ending contract

Good afternoon – I phoned during January 2017 to find out when the contract with regards to the abovementioned number lapse. I was informed 7/4/2017. The lady advised me to give 1 months notice beginning of March 2017 to cancel the contract by end of March 2017. I phoned Sunday, but your offices were closed. I phoned this morning and gave notice of cancellation for end of March 2017 , in other words, 1 months notice from 6/3/2017 to 7/4/2017. I am not prepared to give 2 months notice as I was informed only 1 months notice is required.

I DO NOT WANT VODACOM TO PROCEED AND LOAD THE RED VIP CONTRACT FOR APRIL 2017 AS I AM GIVING NOTICE TODAY, AND AS PER TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION TODAY. I AM NOT WILLING TO PAY FOR 2 MONTHS NOTICE.

SHOULD THIS CANCELLATION NOTICE FROM 6/3/2016 UNTIL 7/4/2017, NOT BE ACCEPTED, I WILL HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO HAVE THIS MATTER BROUGHT TO THE PUBLIC ATTENTION ON ALL WEBSITES.

Vodacom ******* us by fooling us about the dates when to terminate the contract!!!!!
