Refusal by Vodacom to convert contract numbers to prepaid
Its so disturbingly shocking to have met this level of unprofessionallism at the hands of Vodacom, in termination of our company contract with Vodacom, it actually comes across as a carefully calculated sabotage on their part in order to stop us from ending the business relationship. My company had 5 phone contracts and 19 3G contracts which we requested early termination and we paid the amount on the quote. This included us porting numbers to another network meaning the numbers needed to remain in use by us but converted to Prepaid by Vodacom. To our surprise Vodacom goes and deactivates ALL the numbers completely thus leaving us without business numbers. When we discovered this we went and back and forth with them for weeks with very little accountability on their side or even so much as honoring their word to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. How they got it wrong in the first place remains a huge mystery! Well, they finally managed to convert only THREE of the FIVE numbers to prepaid. Now they aren't even taking our calls or keeping us in the loop in terms of when we can expect finalization of this matter. Vodacom, I will never ever imagine myself dealing with you anymore. The level of poor service and incompetence we have experienced is shameful of such a massive organisation. I am so tired of following up with Vodacom. We have suffered inconvenience beyond imagination with our business associates not being unable to reach us and not even so much as an apology from Vodacom. What a useless mobile network!!
We have logged calls and sent Vodacom countless emails asking that they convert the last two numbers to prepaid but our request has fallen in deaf ears or rather our request was just not taken serious which is one of the reasons we requested early termination in the first place "not taking your customers serious". Vodacom is a shadow of its self. the level of unprofessionalism I experienced is appalling to say the least.
How can it be difficult to convert the last two numbers to prepaid if the the other were converted with out any hustle. This is pure act of sabotage by Vodacom.
