REFURBISHED PHONES GIVEN INSTEAD OF ORIGINAL UNITS

on the 29th of Sept 2015 I took my blackberry in for repairs, this is still on contract. the unit was booked in. I then received an sms to advise that my unit is ready for collection. when I arrived at the repair centre I was handed a unit to sign for. I checked for damages and there was none, I then signed for the unit and when I was checking for the battery, I noticed that they had given me a re-furbished phone and not my original one that I had booked in. I queried with the teller and was advised that this is what they received back from head office. I then spoke to the manager who was not very helpful and advised that if I did not want the unit they will have to send it back to head office. he also advised that my old unit will be refurbished and given to someone else. <br> I was never informed about me getting a refurbished unit before I arrived, I had to find out for myself. <br> I then took the refurbished unit because it is used to generate income. <br> after using the refurbished unit for less than 3 weeks it started to give me problems. I then took the unit back in. I want my old unit back or a brand new one in a sealed box. to date I do not have my phone back.
